FCMCares Annual Report is a yearly publication I design for First Community Mortgage’s nonprofit organization, FCMCares. The report serves as both a recap of the organization’s outreach events and an expression of gratitude to donors, highlighting the communities and causes made possible through their support. Each year, the report requires a fresh, distinctive look, since it is often sent to the same donors who continue to give year after year. My role is to design a unique and memorable visual narrative that captures the spirit of service while keeping the information clear and engaging. From layout and typography to imagery and storytelling, the report balances professionalism with warmth, ensuring donors feel both appreciated and connected to the impact of their contributions.
