CONCEPT
Selecteur is a French high-end dining experience that draws inspiration from the readymade art movement. Food will be served through a conveyer belt system that circles the restaurant. This system puts more weight on the visuals of each item, the opportunity to mix items, and the customer's decision-making process. This creates an engaging, interactive, and personalizable experience. The rest of the atmosphere takes inspiration from the visual elements of the readymade movement. These sculptures utilized common household objects. The menus consist of food from where the readymade movement began in France. These classic French dishes are presented in an unexpected way reflecting their readymade inspiration
INSPIRATION
As the inspiration includes everyday objects the restaurant's decor would also reflect this familiarity. The restaurant would include earthy tones and textures paired with soft warm lighting, simple plush furniture, naturally textured walls, and photography of these readymade sculptures. The color pallet reflects what these household objects were made from and how they age with use.

INSTORE PRODUCTS
To pair with Selecteur’s brand identity I also created six products that would be sold in stores. These products fit Selecteur’s visual identity while able to still stand on their own. The focus of these six items is the idea of wine pairings and how they can affect the intensity of flavors. Each item is labeled with a word that could describe both the pastry and the wine pairing.
